Tracking and attribution you can spend against.
Most accounts optimize on data that is quietly wrong. I put tracking together end to end - from the click to the payment - so the cost per acquisition on the dashboard is the one the bank statement agrees with.
What gets built
- Server-to-server postbacks between the ad channel, the tracker and the product.
- Keitaro or Binom set up as the single place where cost and revenue meet.
- Attribution that keeps working when the browser blocks the pixel.
- Unit economics on top: cost per acquisition, lifetime value, payback period, per channel.
Where the numbers usually break
- Conversions counted in the ad channel and missing from the database.
- One event fired twice, and a channel taking credit for it both times.
- Revenue attached to the last click and nowhere else.
- Test traffic and internal visits inside the reporting.
How it works
Intro call
Thirty minutes, free. You describe where the numbers stop agreeing - the ad channel, the tracker, the database, or the invoice at the end of the month.
Reconciliation
I take one week of traffic and follow it end to end: click, tracker, product, payment. The result names every place a conversion goes missing or gets counted twice, and how large each gap is.
The rebuild
Postbacks, tracker setup and the reporting on top - built with your developers, or by me where there is no one to hand it to. Format and price are agreed after the intro call.
Frequently asked
Which tracker do you use?
Keitaro and Binom for media buying; a server container plus the product database when the business runs its own funnel.
Do you work with our existing setup?
Yes. Rebuilding from scratch is the last option, not the first.
What if the discrepancy stays?
Then it gets measured and named, with the size of the gap and what causes it.
