Google Ads consulting and account audits
I audit the account, find where the budget leaks, and rebuild the parts that decide cost per acquisition: structure, Performance Max, bidding, and the tracking underneath it all.
What the audit covers
- Search and Performance Max: where their query coverage overlaps and how branded searches are distributed between them.
- Performance Max: how much of its reported result is branded traffic it intercepted.
- Bid strategy against conversion volume, and whether Smart Bidding has enough data to work with.
- Search terms, negatives, and match types on the campaigns carrying real spend.
- Conversion tracking end to end, including the gap between browser and server-side numbers.
- Landing pages the money actually lands on.
What you get
- A prioritized list of fixes, ordered by what moves cost per acquisition first.
- The changes I would make in the account, written so your team can execute them without me.
- Tracking gaps named, with what it takes to close each one.
How it works
Intro call
Thirty minutes, free. You show me what the account has to hit and what it hits now; I say whether the gap sits in the account or somewhere in front of it.
The audit
Read-only access to Google Ads, the analytics and the tracker. I go through structure, bidding, search terms, Performance Max and conversion tracking, then hand back a fix list ordered by what moves cost per acquisition first.
What follows
Your team executes and I review the result, or the account moves to me. Format and price are agreed after the intro call.
Frequently asked
Do you work with Performance Max accounts?
Yes; most of the waste I find now sits inside it.
Can you work with a small budget?
A small budget limits how much evidence an account can produce. We can agree the audit scope around the questions the account can answer, then separate tracking and landing-page fixes from changes that need more data.
Do you run the account afterwards?
Sometimes, when the product is a fit. That is a separate conversation after the audit.

Other things I take on
- Funnels and tracking: attribution, s2s postbacks, Keitaro and Binom, unit economics that hold up. See how that work runs.
- Restricted categories: iGaming, betting, trading, adult and creator platforms. See where I have bought that traffic.
- Acquisition owned part-time instead of a full marketing team. See what the role covers.
