Privacy & Cookie Policy

This is a personal portfolio site. It collects as little as possible about you. This page explains what is and isn't collected, the cookies used, and your options.

Who is responsible

This website is operated by Ioann Putevoy ("I", "me"), an independent product-growth professional based in Moscow. I am the data controller for the limited data described below. For any privacy question write to support@putevoy.space or message t.me/ivan_putevoy.

What I collect

• Nothing you have to fill in. There are no sign-up or contact forms here. Any message you send comes through your own email or Telegram app.
• Basic server logs. The hosting layer records standard technical data for every visit, consent or not: IP address, browser type, the page requested, the referring URL and a timestamp. They keep the site secure and let me diagnose failures, they are capped at thirty days, and the hosting provider holds them on my behalf.
• Analytics, once you agree to it. Two measurement tools are installed: Yandex Metrica (counter 110605694) and Google Tag Manager (container GTM-N893RFP6), which in turn loads Google Analytics 4 (G-WV5HLMS5JN). Both stay dormant until you press Accept in the cookie banner.
• What those tools see. Your IP address, browser and device characteristics, screen size, language, the page you are on and the page you came from, and how you move through the site. Metrica also records the visit itself with its Webvisor feature: pages, scrolling, mouse movement, clicks and text you select on this site are replayed for me later. Analytics 4 reports page views, scrolling and clicks on links.

Cookies & consent

Until you press Accept, the site sets no cookies.

• Your choice, stored locally. The banner writes one entry, wa_cookie, into your browser's local storage: your answer, its date, and the version of this policy. It identifies nobody and never leaves your browser. The choice expires after twelve months, and a material change to this policy resets it, so the banner asks again.
• Analytics cookies, after Accept. On this domain Yandex Metrica sets _ym_uid, _ym_d, _ym_isad and _ym_visorc and keeps its own _ym* entries in local and session storage; Google Analytics sets _ga and _ga_WV5HLMS5JN. Yandex additionally writes cookies on its own domains (yandex.ru, yandex.com, mc.yandex.ru, mc.yandex.com), among them yandexuid, which identifies your browser across every site that uses Yandex services. The longest of these lives about thirteen months unless you clear it earlier.
• Decline. Nothing loads and nothing is set. If you decline after an earlier Accept, both tools stop, every cookie and storage entry this domain holds is deleted, and the page reloads without them. Cookies that Yandex or Google stored on their own domains are outside this site's reach: clear them in your browser settings or through those providers' own opt-out pages.

'Cookie settings' in the footer reopens the choice on any page, and clearing your browser's storage has the same effect. Most browsers also let you block cookies globally.

Third parties & external links

Metrica belongs to Yandex, which receives the data through its own endpoints (mc.yandex.ru and mc.yandex.com) and processes it under its own privacy policy. Tag Manager and Analytics 4 belong to Google, which processes the data outside Russia, including in the United States, under the Google privacy policy. Article images come from Pexels and are stored on this site, so the photo service sees nothing about you.

Portfolio items and contact buttons link out to external services: the individual product sites, Telegram, and email. Once you follow a link, that destination's own privacy policy applies; I don't control it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or erase data relating to you, to object to processing, or to withdraw consent. Analytics here runs on your consent alone, and withdrawing it takes one click on 'Cookie settings'. For anything else, write to me and I'll reply.

Security, retention & children

Reasonable technical measures protect the limited data involved. Nothing is sold or rented. Data is retained only as long as necessary for the purposes above. This site is not directed at children under 16 and does not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If this policy changes, the 'Last updated' date above will change with it. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
